Doctor of Optometry

Dr. Fatula is a primary care optometrist serving patients of all ages. His passion is to help you and your family see clearly. Along with his wife Crystal and their children Maya and Ben, he is a lifelong resident of Du Bois.
 

Dr. Fatula received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2006 and is fully licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. He has received an award for clinical excellence in pediatric eye care from Salus University. Dr. Fatula also has a degree in Biology from Washington & Jefferson College.
